Air conditioners for vulnerable homeowners in Western Washington County Available July 8 (but apply now)

West Tuality Habitat once again has a limited number of new window-unit air conditioners to distribute to vulnerable homeowners who meet income requirements are reside in our service area:

  • Banks (97106)

  • Buxton (97109)

  • Cornelius (97113)

  • Forest Grove (97116)

  • Gales Creek (97117)

  • Gaston (97119)

  • Manning (97125)

  • North Plains (97133)

  • Timber (97144).

Note: the homeowner that applies for the air conditioning unit must live in the home where the unit will be placed.

Applicants must provide their most recent property tax statement as proof of home ownership and city, and application must be sent by mail or email, or dropped off at Restore Counter. You will be notified if you have been approved.

Total Household income must fall within the following matrix:

Household of 1 person: $63,150

Household of 2 people: $72,200

Household of 3 people: $81,200

Household of 4 people: $90,200

Household of 5 people: $97,450

Household of 6 people: $104,650

Household of 7 people: $111,850

Household of 8 people: $119,100

Please complete and submit this form beolow online OR print out this form on paper, fill it out and either scan it and send it to projects@westtualityhabitat.org, mail it to West Tuality Habitat by postal mail or drop it off at the Forest Grove ReStore. Those approved for a free air conditioner will be notified via email and will be able to pick up their unit (please bring confirmation email) starting July 8 (details in the approval email).
